Sport England's Strategy will build on the foundations of sporting success through the creation of a world leading community sports system. The world leading system will ensure that a susbtantial - and growing - number of people from across the community play sport, talented people from all backgrounds are identified early, nurtures and have the opportunity to progress to the elite level and everyone who plays sport has a quality experience and is able to fulfil their potential.
