Black and Minority Ethnic Volunteering in Sport (2011)
Sporting Equals has produced a report to provide advice and guidance to the sports sector about black and minority ethnic (BME) involvement in sports volunteering and to assist the sector to diversify the pool of sports volunteers. The report is for all sports organisations and providers and can be used for strategic planning for volunteering and for engaging new and existing volunteers. It highlights challenges as well as opportunities for the sport sector to get more BME groups and individuals to support the drive to increase participation in sport.

Bursting the Bubble: Students, Volunteering and the Community Report (November 2010)

This document looks at the impact of volunteering in sport on volunteers, clubs and other stakeholders, testing the appropriateness of the Volunteering Impact Assessment Toolkit (VIAT), exploring volunteer management practices, providing recommendations on how to enhance sports volunteering and providing guidance to sports club to assess the impact of volunteering.
